Clark School #14 in World Research Ranking

The Academic Ranking of World Universities poll of engineering schools lists the Clark School at #14 in the world this year.

The ranking takes into account each school's number of highly cited researchers selected by Thomson Scientific, the number of articles published in journals of Nature and Science, the number of articles indexed in Science Citation Index - Expanded and per capita performance with respect to the size of an institution, among other factors.

Since 2003, Shanghai Jiao Tong University's Institute of Higher Education and Center for World-Class Universities has published the Academic Ranking of World Universities (ARWU). The ranking is purely objective, based on quantitative measures of productivity with no reputation component. For more information about the rankings, visit www.arwu.org.
