CEEE receives Oak Ridge 2000 Educational Institution of the Year Award

The Center for Environmental Energy Engineering (CEEE) has received Oak Ridge National Laboratory's 2000 Educational Institution of the Year Award for work conducted in the Chesapeake Building on the University of Maryland campus. CEEE is developing technologies that offer buildings a wide range of utilities while reducing energy consumption by more than 30 percent and global warming gas emissions by more than 45 percent.
