Alumni Flock to Annual Baltimore Event

More than 150 alumni turned out for the 4th Annual Baltimore Alumni Event at the Engineers' Club downtown on April 26.

Maryland Secretary of Transportation John Porcari (former campus vice president for administrative affairs) spoke to the group about current issues such as roads, taxes and east-west connectors.

In addition, Dean Nariman Farvardin provided a brief update about the Clark School and the Solar Decathlon teamed showed off a model of their 2007 entry, LeafHouse.

The event was sponsored by the Whiting-Turner Contracting Company.
